This is a unique 2-day interactive course covering a rare combination of topics: “Trade Finance” and “Credit & Political Risks Insurance(CPRI)” from a very practical perspective using a lot of case studies.

In the current turbulent environment it is especially important to understand how the risk-mitigating instruments may work together.

After attending the course the participants will enhance their knowledge of modern trends in trade finance, best way to cooperate withbanks and other financial institutions, various risk mitigating instruments andtheir interplay as well as credit and political risks insurance.

  • Module 3 & 4 are continuing the topics discussed during Day 1 and building on with advanced case studies on trade finance. To finish the course the participants will have a chance to discuss other useful structures for a trader, i.e. supply chain finance, receivables finance, self-funded trading desks and there is an overview of the recent trends in digitalization of trade.
