CLASSROOM: Operations in Oil Trading
A four day course offers the professional oil trader’s look at the techniques involved in physical trading and how to manage day-to-day operations.After reviewing the background of supply, refining and transportation, the programme focuses on the key markets, pricing, contracts and the mechanisms involved in trading. Also the main shipping and operations issues will be covered from the perspective of the trader. The course programme is based on the combination of theory knowledge delivered by the instructor, practical exercises and trading games.
