How to register to the course?
You can register:
- Online on our website.
- By email, please fill the registration form in our brochure and mail it to office@ibhouse.net
- By phone, please call us at +44 (0) 207 183 4507
- By fax, please send the registration form to fax +44 (0) 207 504 8225
How can I verify my registration?
We will send you the confirmation by email within 24 hours after you registration.
What is included in the participation fee?
Delegate package:
- Participation at the course
- Lunches and coffee-breaks during the programme
- The course materials in hard copy and on USB device
Delegate package with accommodation:
- Participation at the course
- Hotel accommodation
- Visa support
- Breakfasts, lunches and coffee-breaks during the programme
- Airport transfers
- The course materials in hard copy and on USB device
How do I qualify for a discount?
You can qualify for a discount if you:
- Have IBH discount card, please include discount card number in the registration form
- Register 3 month before course dates – you will get 5% early bird discount
- Want to register 3 or more delegates – group discount from 7%
What forms of payment do you have?
- Bank Transfer
- Cheque
I’ve already registered. When will I be invoiced?
We will send you the invoice within 48 hours of receipt of registration. If you do not received your invoice within this time, please send us an email office@ibhouse.net
Can I change the name of participant after registration?
Yes. Please send the full name, position and company name of new participant 48 hours before course date.
I cannot attend the course. How can I cancel my participation?
Cancellation must be made in writing by email education@ibhouse.net 30 days before the start of the course, whereby a full refund will be made. The cancellation charge will be 50% where notification is received within 14 – 29 working days. No refunds will be made after this period. Substitute delegate is welcome at no extra charge.
Would you be able to cancel the course?
IBH reserves the right to amend or cancel any course, course times, dates or published prices. Changes to course prices, times and dates will be advised before the course start date and any course already paid in full will not be subject to the increased price.
I need a visa to attend the course. Do you provide the visa support?
IBH proved delegates with visa support letters once payment has been received.
Please send us to office@ibhouse.net the following information:
- Your copy of passport
- Company name
- Position
If you registered with accommodation IBH will also proved you with hotel booking confirmation.For more information about visa procedure please visit our website or call us +44 (0) 207 183 45 07.
Should your visa application be declined, we will provide a full refund of the payment.
